摘要: Summary Understanding the changes in bone density after insertion of dental implants and their relation to immediate loading is essential achieving improvements survival rate. Histological investigations bed humans are limited, which turn hampers opportunities deepen knowledge about remodelling process around implants. The aim present study was follow change by measuring grey values cone beam computed tomography (CBCT) at different periods subsequent implant insertion. CBCTs 20 individual immediately loaded were evaluated three time points: prior surgery, one month following, six months operation. measured regions Reduction observed with respect reference from apical, middle, cervical regions. No correlation detected either between drilling method or primary secondary stabilities Osstell ISQ instrument. Cone can be used as a qualitative support clinical up monitor critical cases.
