摘要: It has previously been demonstrated that apatite may be coated on the surface of titanium (Ti) at room temperature when is blasted with powder. This method known as blast coating (BC) method. In this study, osteoconductivity and tissue response to Ti implants blast-coated (BC implants) were evaluated using apatite-coated produced flame spraying (FS) (FS pure a control. Initial evaluation simulated body fluid higher in BC than FS implants. Therefore, specimens implanted rat tibias for 1, 3 6 weeks. At one week after implantation, showed much bone contact ratio compared implants; was 75.7%, while had ratios 30.8% 5.5%, respectively. The difference between decreased implantation time equal conclusion, show implants, thus are beneficial early fixation tissue.
