Here, we show that chromosomal location coincides with major quantitative trait locus qBlsr5a on short arm chromosome 5. expression was up-regulated upon inoculation pathogen Xanthomonas oryzae pv. oryzicola strain RS105. enhanced susceptible variety Zhonghua 11 In contrast, repressing resulted an increase disease lesions caused by RS105 and Acc8558, a donor.
