摘要: Abstract The kinetics of thermotolerance decay and cell proliferation was determined following initial heat treatments 10 or 30 min at 44° in Chinese hamster ovary cells. Thermotolerance more pronounced the longer treatment, but maximal tolerance developed by hr both cases. After its development, decayed an exponential manner. half-times were 11 16 10- 30-min pretreatments. apparent progeny heated cells for 4 to 5 postheat generations.
