摘要: Background In the present study, detection of anthelmintic resistance to triclabendazole (TCBZ) in sheep infected by Fasciola hepatica was studied using an egg hatch assay (EHA). F. eggs were recovered from bile and faeces animals isolates with different grade TCBZ: i) a resistant isolate (RT); ii) susceptible (ST); iii) naturally field strain (FST). In EHA percentage hatched calculated according following concentrations TCBZ diluted dimethyl-sulfoxide (DMSO): 0.05, 0.2, 1, 5, 25 μg/ml.
