摘要: In the current study, Fasciola hepatica strains of sheep with different degrees resistance to anthelmintics were analyzed by sequencing cytochrome C oxidase (COX1) and NADH dehydrogenase (NAD1) subunits. The as follows: LS, susceptible all drugs tested; CS, resistant albendazole triclabendazole; SV, clorsulon. molecular characterization was done in eggs recovered from infected LS CS. relation before (SV0) after a treatment (SVA) clorsulon (SVC). Nested PCRs carried out amplify fragment 798 bp COX1 subunit 870 NAD1 subunit. pairwise sequence identity between for each strain. Population diversity indices, neutrality degree gene flow among evaluated. As result, we have shown that there homogeneity demographic expansion studied strains, and, according fixation index, these not genetically differentiated. Although found had lower percentage similarities, higher haplotype diversity, frequencies specific SNPs, especially subunit, differences very significant. Therefore, conclude presence adult flukes does result significant genetic mtDNA their eggs.
