摘要: Abstract Two basic types of crystals occur in the urate cells fat body cockroach, Periplaneta americana (Dictyoptera : Blattidae). One type has a layered structure concentric electron-dense rings around an electron dense core. Radially, there are numerous fine striations that may be needle-shaped crystallites. This “concentric crystal” multilobed. A second crystal is small and amorphous appearance. In addition, another found trophocyte cells. Each this could aggregate triclinic rather than single structure. Four cell junctions appear to present: continous or smooth septate junctions; punctate tight gap novel junction (Type 4 junctions). Gap only between Type An (Na + , K )-ATPase associated with all membranes also limiting
