摘要: The cardiosplenic syndromes represent a complex set of abnormalities the thorax and viscera resulting from abnormal folding embryo during early development. Anomalies venous development include interruption inferior vena cava (IVC), in combination with situs inversus referred to as polysplenia syndrome. We present 23-year-old male previously diagnosed having persistent left IVC on venography whereas ultrasonographic examination clearly demonstrated interrupted azygos continuation along inversus.
