Transmission and Goos-Hänchen like shifts through a graphene double barrier in an inhomogeneous magnetic field

摘要: We studied the transport properties of electrons in graphene as they are scattered by a double barrier potential presence an inhomogeneous magnetic field. computed transmission coefficient and Goos-Hanchen like shifts for our system noticed that is not allowed certain range energies. In particular, we found that, contrast to electrostatic barriers, barriers able confine Dirac fermions. also established some correlation between electronic fermions with shifts, reflected numerical data.
