摘要: Dysregulation of the receptor tyrosine kinase Axl and its ligand Gas6 has been shown to promote multiple tumorigenic processes, as well correlate with worse prognosis in many different tumor types. However, studies expression function osteosarcoma have rarely reported. In this study, we report that activated is highly expressed cells, significantly correlated recurrence lung metastasis patients. High was an independent predictor for osteosarcoma. Additionally, confirmed a strong positive correlation between P-Axl MMP-9 those cell lines MG63 U2OS, 200 ng/ml rhGas6 could cause obvious increase within 30 min, consistent P-AKT. both lines, by protect cells from apoptosis caused serum starvation, cells' migration invasion vitro. Together previous data, these suggest participate progression resisting promoting their invasion, which may be linked MMP-9. mechanism, AKT signaling pathway contribute rather than ERK pathway.
