摘要: Despite a considerable amount of information concerning chromosomal and molecular abnormalities found in gliomas adults, relatively little is known regarding these pediatric brain tumors. We have analyzed DNA from 37 primary tumors 4 tumor-derived cell lines for oncogene amplification. Probes utilized represent 11 oncogenes ( erb B1, gli, neu, myc , L- N- H- ras K- ras, sis src ). Of 20 medulloblastomas studied, only one tumor was to B1 In contrast, the medulloblastoma 1 had c- amplification, amplification . Twelve glial were analyzed, case with found. Other studied include meningioma, 2 ependymomas, anaplastic ependymoma, cerebral primitive neuroectodermal tumor, none which These results suggest that uncommon medulloblastomas, but frequency diversity greater can be established as lines. The lower children compared adults consistent generally grade histology seen patients. However, represented cases glioblastoma multiforme we suggests may similar glioblastomas adults. Our mechanism activation tumors, they provide evidence heterogeneity classified medulloblastomas.
