摘要: ABSTRACTBackground: Patients with inflammatory disorders of the upper airways, such as allergic rhinitis, rhinosinusitis, and nasal polyposis, often have significant sleep disturbances. Poor can lead to fatigue, daytime somnolence, impaired functioning reflected in lower levels productivity at work or school, a reduced quality life. Although exact mechanisms by which these conditions disturb is not fully understood, congestion appears be key factor generally most common bothersome symptom for patients conditions.
