摘要: The current study was conducted to explore the potential for phytoremediation in different varieties of jute grown under toxic concentrations copper (Cu). For this purpose, a Petri dish experiment controlled conditions using four jute, i.e., HongTieGuXuan, C-3, GuBaChangaJia, and ShangHuoMa, double filter paper 50 µmol L−1 artificially spiked (Cu) CuSO4.H2O. results present revealed that C-3 HongTieGuXuan were able survive high Cu without significant decrease plant height, fresh dry weights, total chlorophyll content, or seed germination, while GuBaChangaJia ShangHuoMa exhibited reduction their growth biomass. Furthermore, medium resulted lipid peroxidation. This could be due oxidative damage induced roots leaves varieties, which might result by hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) electrolyte leakage. Reactive oxygen species (ROS) generated toxicity can overcome increasing activity antioxidants, it also noted stress, showed some resistance toxicity. Contrastingly, accumulation uptake higher little accumulated ShangHuoMa. On basis these findings, suggested have cope with stress considered Cu-resistant are Cu-sensitive varieties. Moreover, revoke large amounts Cu, cultivated as tools Cu-contaminated soil.
