摘要: Ecosystem services (ES) assessments have been undergoing rapid developments. Despite considerable advancements it is still difficult to comprehensively assess a large suite of ES, often requiring selection the most relevant ones. However, documented and tested procedures select particularly through participatory processes, are scarce. The aim this research explore illustrated with case Lisbon Metropolitan Area in Portugal, southwestern Europe. Drawing from spatial planning context, different types stakeholders were involved combination techniques. It was possible identify differences stakeholders' ES selection, while at same time arriving set priority linking them goals that entail potential effects on ES. strengths approach include use techniques, drivers help translating plans an existing classification system support it. On other hand, exploratory nature meant limited range covered. developed has be adapted for contexts or strategic environmental assessments.
