Stimulation of synthesis and release of swainosonine from transformed roots of Swainsona galegifolia

摘要: Transformed root cultures of Swainsona galegifolia were established for swainsonine production. Stimulation production and its release into the culture medium was achieved using copper sulphate, reduction pH supply precursors. The yield control (0.3 g roots grown in 15 ml 30 days) 79 μg with only a trace medium. After treatment 1 mM sulphate two days before harvest on day 30, 155 produced, which 14.3 Reduction from 5.7 to 2.7 one resulted 159 (47 medium). Supplementation 2 malonic acid 12 187 total (34 medium), while pipecolic six gave highest (220 total, 43 increased yields through small increases biomass, as well level synthesis.
