摘要: A total of 27 ticks, comprising Rhipicephalus sanguineus (Latreille) (n = 21), Haemaphysalis leachi (Andouin) 4) and paraleachi (Camicas, Hoogstraal & El Kammah) 2) were recovered from two clinically healthy female dogs in the Democratic Republic Congo. DNA Anaplasma platys was detected a R. sanguineus, using primers derived 16S rRNA gene, which amplify members family Anaplasmataceae . also blood one dogs. Phylogenetic analysis based on partial sequences rRNA, gltA groEL genes ranged agent within clade. This is first reported detection A. ticks Africa. finding raises question possible involvement infection
