摘要: The mouse c-ros protooncogene genomic sequences have been cloned; an analysis of the partial clone revealed a high conservation exons encoding juxta-membrane (JM) and 5' most protein tyrosine kinase domains. We identified segment 22 amino acids conserved between human JM domains; this may critical role in function c-ros-encoded receptor.
