摘要: The stereo-array isotope labeling (SAIL) method utilizes proteins with patterns optimized regard to an intended NMR study. SAIL are prepared by incorporating chemically synthesized amino acids into target proteins, using a cell-free protein synthesis system or cellular expression system. Over the past decade, has been facilitating wide variety of new investigations, including high-resolution structure determinations large and investigations dynamics. In this chapter, applications SAIL-related approaches introduced.
