摘要: Purpose – The purpose of this research is to determine how project managers attribute information technology (IT) success and failure.Design/methodology/approach IT personnel from large Australian organisations completed an adapted version the Attributional Styles questionnaire, which asked them causes along a number attribution dimensions, for projects have either succeeded or failed.Findings results indicate that support workers failure external factors, whilst attributing themselves.
