摘要: A method for detecting the presence of a target nucleic acid sequence in sample, said comprising (a) subjecting sample to an amplification reaction using set nucleotides, at least one which is fluorescently labelled, (b) contacting product with probe under conditions will hybridise sequence, reactive molecule able absorb fluorescence from or donate fluorescent energy labelled nucleotide and (c) monitoring sample. The can be used quantitate amount as well determine characteristics. Kits effecting are also claimed.
