摘要: Bread-making quality traits are central targets for wheat breeding. The objectives of our study were to (1) examine the presence major effect QTLs in a Central European elite population, (2) explore optimal strategy predicting hybrid performance traits, and (3) investigate effects marker density composition size training population on accuracy prediction performance. In total 135 inbred lines bread (Triticum aestivum L.) 1,604 hybrids derived from them evaluated seven up six environments. parental genotyped using 90k single-nucleotide polymorphism array. Genome-wide association mapping initially suggested several quantitative trait loci (QTLs), but cross-validation rather indicated absence all except 1000-kernel weight. Genomic selection substantially outperformed marker-assisted A resampling revealed that increasing effective estimation set is relevant boost an unrelated test population.
