摘要: Cyanide and nitriles are produced by a wide range of microorganisms plants as part their normal metabolism. These ubiquitous at low levels in soil water including surface ground water. is used metallurgical operations mining gold chemical synthesis also extensively organic agrochemicals. The sources cyanide nitrile contamination environment include emissions from iron steel production, coal combustion, petroleum refineries, solid waste incinerators, combustion nitriles, use agrochemicals, industries, vehicle exhausts cigarette smoke. industrial anthropological activities have resulted soil, air with toxic the environment. In some situations pollution becomes threat to animal human beings. A large number been reported degrade corresponding non-toxic acids or amides. Some microbes hydratase dihydratase enzymes convert formamide formic acid while others endowed nitrilase, amidase systems which transform this chapter we will discuss extent potential application metabolizing organisms bioremediation contaminated habitats be discussed.
