摘要: Nitriles occur naturally in the environment, are produced by metabolic pathways of organisms or released chemical and pharmaceutical industries, from agricultural applications processing fossil fuels. Therefore, a variety nitrile-converting bacterial species used to alleviate this toxic effect. Among these bacteria, Rhodococcus have proven be superior group for clean-up pollutants. converted into less carboxylic acid either nitrilases nitrile hydratase (NHase)/amidase systems. Although NHases, amidases different strains exhibit catalytic characteristics towards aliphatic nitriles aromatic nitriles, enzymes considerable homology amino sequence structure.
