摘要: Nitriles occur naturally in the environment, are produced by metabolic pathways of organisms or released chemical and pharmaceutical industries, from agricultural applications processing fossil fuels. Therefore, a variety nitrile-converting bacterial species used to alleviate this toxic effect. Among these bacteria, Rhodococcus have proven be superior group for clean-up pollutants. converted into less carboxylic acid either nitrilases nitrile hydratase (NHase)/amidase systems. Although NHases, amidases different strains exhibit catalytic characteristics towards aliphatic nitriles aromatic nitriles, enzymes considerable homology amino sequence structure. In contrast, with origins present types gene organization regulatory patterns, although amidase is always linked NHase gene. Due advantage being resistant compounds, pollutant biodegradation biocatalytic processes very promising. While studies on pollutants focus screening discovery strains, industrial application as biocatalysts focuses engineering combined immobilization both cells improve their performance under adverse conditions process.
