摘要: Over the past decade there has been unprecedented interest in fostering improved health practices through lifestyle change and stress reduction. This is reflected popular literature as well health-related research. Whereas burden of problems was once imposed by infectious diseases, today many serious result from unhealthy life styles (Baffi, Redican, Sefchick, & Impara, 1991). As research grown, so attention to identifying factors that make distinctive populations individuals uniquely vulnerable various forms illness.
