摘要: Abstract This paper deals with the electrochemical anodic stripping of purine bases, such as adenine and guanine, in Cu2+ solution at glassy carbon electrodes (GCE). It was found that reduced to Cu+ around 0 V vs. SCE generated reacted guanine accumulate on GCE an insoluble compound. The base-Cu+ compound accumulated redissolved by reoxidation ca. 0.4 concentration base vicinity increased, thus giving a large oxidation current for base. Utilizing this process, linear calibration curves were obtained range 0.5–8 μM. When pre-electrolysis period accumulation 8 min, 0.2 μM detectable voltammetry.
