摘要: Objective: To determine whether in cases of variant Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease (vCJD), the florid-type plaques are derived from diffuse or 2 plaque types develop independently. Material: Blocks frontal, parietal, occipital and temporal neocortex cerebellar cortex 11 vCJD. Method: The density, distribution spatial pattern florid were determined each brain region using analysis. Results: density was significantly greater than that most areas. ratio to varied between regions maximal molecular layer cerebellum. densities positively correlated parietal cortex, inferior gyrus dentate gyrus. Plaque not related duration. In cerebral more commonly evenly distributed occurred large clusters along parallel pia mater compared with which frequently regularly clusters. Conclusion: may be plaques, appearing independently unique factors involved their pathogenesis.
