摘要: The miniemulsion process is used as a new route for the preparation of enzyme-responsive nanocapsules with payload-release properties. Peptide-based hybrid are prepared via interfacial polyaddition containing water-soluble dye that efficiently encapsulated inside. influence synthetic parameters functionality peptide and nature dispersed phase on structure were investigated. After redispersion in water, enzymatic cleavage sequence release fluorescent both monitored real time. This evidenced because quenching FRET system framing recognition site sequence, fluorescence recovery self-quenched respectively.
