摘要: Osteoporosis is defined as a decrease in bone mass and structural changes leading to an increased fracture incidence. Therefore, early diagnosis terms of prophylaxis treatment are great interest. Over the past several decades there has been considerable progress development application non-invasive methods measurements or densitometry. This article reviews basic methodology developments densitometry including approaches like radiogrammetry, photo densitometry, neutron activation analysis compton scattering techniques, present single dual x-ray absorptiometry quantitative computed tomography, recent ultrasound, magnetic resonance techniques analysis. The widespread interest will initiate further improvement established new applications.
