摘要: We have examined the location of DAZL protein in fetal and adult rodents human specimens found that there is a shift from predominantly nuclear to cytoplas- mic distribution testis. In rat testis ovary, however, predominantly, if not exclusively, cy- toplasmic throughout germ cell development. One possible expla- nation for this could be DAZ responsible localization males. tested hypothesis by examining marmosets, which lack theDaz genes both cytoplasmic spermatogonia, analyzing sections DAZ-deleted patients whom evident remaining cells. Transfection experiments indicate differences expression between hu- mans are caused amino acid 2 proteins, per se. Variations seem independent presence pro- tein species specific and, as Drosophila, may great functional significance.
