摘要: Cationic antimicrobial peptides are a family of highly homologous proteins conserved in all multicellular organisms with great potential as broad-spectrum antibiotics. In this paper, we analyze the stability 3D structure three reported CAMP database, working solvation conditions at pHs and different temperatures. We found that one tested did not form stable three-dimensional structure. For reason, it is expected bactericidal action per se. The other showed an α-helix conformation under certain evaluated.
