Influences of Ni 2+ on magnetic property and dielectric property in spinel structure of Mg ferrite (Mg 1−x Ni x Fe 2 O 4 )

摘要: In this present work, we studied the effect of Nickel substitution on structural, electrical and magnetic property NixMg1−xFe2O4 (x = 0.00, 0.10, 0.20 0.30) synthesized by sol–gel auto combustion technique characterized various method such as X-ray diffraction (XRD), field emission scanning electron microscope (FE-SEM), vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM) dielectric properties. The XRD pattern reveals single phase cubic spinel structure lattice parameters values range 8.368–8.394 A were observed. Surface morphology particle sizes using FE-SEM. constants have been ascribed to Maxwell–Wagner Interfacial theory in agreement with Koop’s phenomenological theory. resistance decrease increasing temperature which showed negative coefficient. decreasing tendency saturation magnetization was owing enhancement cations Magnesium ferrites. coercivity value increases under control content Mg behavior Mg–Ni ferrite is ferromagnetic at room applied technological industrial areas like sensor, high frequency device recording tape.
