摘要: Abstract Due to the increasing market demand volatility, globalization of markets and shorter product life cycles, importance flexible manufacturing systems gain more across all industry sectors sizes companies. Especially, planning uncertainties concerning mix volume lead a growing for flexibility. In this context, methods economic evaluation take significant role in drawing meaningful conclusions, which allow creation an optimized level This paper presents simulation-based framework assessment methodology order conduct systems. Within developed framework, costs induced by flexibility are allocated activity-based according their actual cause. The identification flexibility-induced cost causes, provide overall improved transparency. Based on this, target-oriented optimization can be applied effectively.
