摘要: Aptamers are single-stranded DNA and RNA sequences that belong to the group of “functional nucleic acids”, which exhibit both catalytic receptor properties. change their spatial conformation upon binding a target analyte, so far more than 200 selective for large variety molecules such as metal ions, organic dyes, proteins bacteria cells have been identified. can be applied in several fields including diagnostics, therapy recognition layers biosensors, is one most promising areas. The utilization aptamers elements electrochemical assays requires not only choice an appropriate immobilization method with respect detected target, but also experimental conditions manner analytical signal generation. latter issue might affect efficiency between aptamer-modified surface consequently sensitivity molecule quantification. Herein, review aptasensors dedicated determination analytes crucial clinical diagnostics developed during past 10 years presented. It contains short characterization application sensing assays, followed by description examples use aptasensors.
