摘要: Orthostatic hypotension (OH) is a common feature in Parkinson's disease (PD). As the control of balance and gait already affected by PD per se, OH may further predispose patients to falls accidents. The study was conducted evaluate clinical correlates its association with mobility PD. From total population 205,000 inhabitants, 120 were included study. Medical data including history recent collected, clinically examined using orthostatic test, Timed Up & Go walking speed, quantitative measurement postural sway. Sixty-three (52.5%) had test. Twenty-five (39.5%) 16 (28.1%) without (P = 0.614) fallen during past 3 months. Patients significantly increased sway standing compared OH. However, not associated or speed. current results support concept that body be closely linked.
