摘要: A large number of naturally occurring and synthetically prepared chemical agents produce a positive inotropic effect on the heart. Analogues these compounds have been isolated, prepared, tested, them also effects (see Tables 1-6). reviews their possible mechanisms published (1-7). Because space limitations, only that had extensive pharmacological investigation will be discussed here . Thus, we consider newer adrenergic , new phosphodiesterase inhibitors some polypeptides, miscellaneous interesting properties. The choice to was based interests authors; our readers may disagree with choices.
