摘要: Acanthamoeba castellanii is a pathogenic free-living amoeba. Cyst forms are particularly important in their pathogenicity, as they more resistant to treatments and might protect intracellular bacteria. However, encystation poorly understood at the molecular level global changes protein have not been completely described. In this study, we performed two-dimensional gel electrophoresis compare expression trophozoite cyst forms. Four proteins, specifically expressed trophozoites, four cysts, were identified. Two enolase fructose bisphosphate aldolase, involved glycolytic pathway. Three proteins likely actin-binding which consistent with dramatic morphological modifications of cells during encystation. One belongs serine protease family has already linked A. castellanii. conclusion, study found that whose was modified actin dynamics, glycolysis, proteolysis.
