摘要: Purpose – Clinical governance has become internationally recognised as a whole‐system framework for the continuous improvement of quality in health service delivery. This study aims to explore issues implementing comprehensive clinical an organisation that provides services children and adults with intellectual disabilities supported by wide range interventions therapies.Design/methodology/approach was action research utilised co‐operative inquiry approach because its capacity facilitate engagement collaborative “bottom‐up” meets “top‐down” process amalgamating theory organisational priorities achieve practical planned change.
