摘要: Postoperative discomfort following cholecystectomy has diminished considerably since laparoscopic surgery was introduced. This study assessed the degree of postoperative pain and nausea when, during operation, trocar sites had been infiltrated with bupivacaine antiemetics (ondansetron) administered. intensity moderate as 20% patients were managed without any opiates postoperatively 88% did not require after discharge from recovery room. vomiting is known to be a problem that occasionally reported delay hospital. A single dose ondansetron at end operation seems reduce effectively. Two-thirds no complaints nausea, majority remainder experienced only mild transitory nausea. We recommend stab-wound local anesthetics administered operation.
