摘要: In this paper, we used two simplified methods to understand the influence of surfactant molecular structure on properties surfactant–DNA complexes. First, selected Langmuir balance technique, a two-dimensional (2D) method, which allows complex formation under equilibrium-like conditions, avoiding some inherent problems involved in solution. Secondly, series simple quaternary ammonium surfactants were used. The cationic monolayers formed at air–water interface through electrostatic interaction between groups and phosphate DNA interface. Combining results π–A isotherms, π–t atomic force microscopy (AFM) measurements, it was found that structures affect surface morphologies 2D We expect study complexes will help us physicochemical complexes, are important for gene delivery.
