摘要: The citrus red mite (Panonychus citri) can feed on more than 112 plant species around the world. Endogenous small RNAs (sRNAs) have proved to be important components of gene regulation in many eukaryotes. Recently, sRNAs been shown involved various biological processes, such as development animals, including insects; however, date, no reported mite. Using Illumina sequencing, several categories were identified, 594 known microRNAs (miRNAs) grouped into 206 families and 31 novel miRNAs four developmental stages In addition, according bioinformatics analysis S-Poly(T) miRNA assays, expression level varied among stages. Furthermore, prediction target genes their functional annotation indicated that are multiple pathways As first report sRNA world mite, present study furthers our understanding roles played by data may help develop methods controlling pests field.
