摘要: The concentrations of marker PCBs (28, 52, 101, 118, 138, 153, 180) in fish have been assessed with GC-MS: an average concentration 540 ng-PCB g−1 fat (5.02 wet weight) was observed. PCDD/Fs, the CALUX bioassay, amounted to 64 pg-CALUX-TEQ (0.58 and that PCDD/Fs + dioxin-like 131 (1.18 weight). Results PCB congeners analyses show PCB-153 is most abundant congener almost all samples, also main contributions 138- 180-congeners. For some species such as sand sole lemon sole, a fairly constant content, independent percentage, second group whelks, cod, whiting, positive correlation observed between their (ng fat) % fat. relationship concentrations, when plotted on log scale, fits straight line (correlation coefficient r = 0.83). With our results literature data for other food products, intake could be calculated adult population Belgium (19–60 years old). Total Daily Intake (TDI) (ng-PCB day−1) ranges 1690 2210. TDI (pg-CALUX 80.5 122, amounts 151. When are GC-HRMS, can lower. relative importance regarding 15–19%, while it 34–51%. Using TDI, body burden evolution age has calculated.
