摘要: LINC00511 is a newly identified lncRNA that up-regulated in many types of human cancers and may serve as an oncogenic lncRNA. However, there was no report about the role cervical cancer. Therefore, we investigated clinical value cancer patients via analyzing correlation between expression clinicopathological features. Moreover, performed loss-of-function study to estimate effect on cell proliferation, migration, invasion. In our study, found levels were increased tissues lines compared with adjacent normal epithelial line, respectively. High correlated advanced stage, large tumor size, histological type adenocarcinoma, present lymph node metastasis, distant poor overall survival patients.
