摘要: The production of TNF/cachectin by human B cell lines and tonsillar cells was examined. Of the 15 examined, 9 synthesize TNF mRNA constitutively. PMA stimulated most to accumulate increased amounts TNF. SeD, 8866P, 32al, RPMI 1788, four bone marrow-derived EBV-transformed accumulated high levels when PMA. these 1788 WIH8 produced little constitutively, but synthesized 5-7 ng/ml A pre-B line, Nalm-6, did not any detectable amount mRNA, even with stimulation. Tonsillar could also be produce or Staphylococcus aureus Cowan I strain (SAC) alone some accumulation, whereas growth factor (BCGF) anti-mu not. This accumulation synergistically elevated combinations SAC, anti-mu. BCGF PMA-, SAC-, plus anti-mu-induced accumulations about twofold. in SAC between 32 48 h, same peak interval as IL-2 T cells. is contrast A23187-stimulated which maximal at 1-2 h. activities found supernatants correlated However, more activity on second-day than third-day supernatants, indicating active uptake Cyclosporin (CsA) inhibited responses much way anti-CD3 anti-mu-stimulated, PMA-stimulated, increases were CsA. seems increase parallel proliferation, relationship two functions needs further
