摘要: AbstractBackground: A woman of 41 years old underwent surgery for primary hyperparathyroidism. She developed a long-lasting sharply demarcated erythematous skin reaction, appearing one hour after parathyroid surgery. This reaction felt like sunburn and was limited to the light exposed operation field, leading diagnosis phototoxic reaction. Since this occurred just changing lamp from halogen type Light-Emitting Diode (LED) type, we suspected that could be part cause is because our department has never before diagnosed reactions (with lamp) during methylene blue (MB) assisted surgery.Methods: To investigate performed an analysis adverse effects all administered peroperative drugs evaluation altered conditions.Results: MB, used as per...
