摘要: PURPOSE: To describe the appearance of pericardial effusion in deceased acute aortic dissection patients using postmortem computed tomography (PMCT). MATERIALS AND METHODS: PMCT examinations were performed within 2 hours death 30 with due to who arrived at our hospital a state cardiopulmonary arrest. RESULTS: Pericardial 18 (60%) showed double concentric rings on striking differences density, low-density outer ring along pericardium and high-density inner epicardial surface (hyperdense armored heart). two (7%) fluid level (hypostasis). remaining 10 (33%) no such stratification. CONCLUSION: A "hyperdense heart" is most frequently seen finding cases dissection.
