摘要: Abstract 1. The intracellular symbiotic microorganisms in the aphid, Acyrthosiphon magnoliae were isolated a large scale by Percoll density gradient. In gradient, sedimented little faster than E. coli cells. 2. relative content of RNA symbiont was more that whole tissue host insect. 3. It seemed major species ( X and Y ) are unstable particularly so when is isolated. 4. These molecules unique bihelical domains with average G + C much lower molecules. 5. contained low molecular weight not detected 6. symbiont, incubated physiological saline, incorporated precursor efficiently into species, .
