摘要: Poly(vinyl alcohol) (PVA) hydrogels have been used for numerous biomedical and pharmaceutical applications, as a consequence of their non-toxic, non-carcinogenic bioadhesive properties. In this communication the effect dif- ferent factors, such type electrolyte, ionic strength, temperature (ranging from 20 to 40°C) cationic surfactants on distribution coefficients (α) release rate constants (kR) deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) PVA-DNA blend gel matrices (of sheet shape), will be presented discussed. The kinetic constant coefficient DNA are quite sensitive surrounding matrix media (e.g., kR ranges 1.5·10 -8 4.7·10 -7 s -1 ). analysis dependence shows that activation energy desorption an aqueous solution is equal 21.2 kJ/mol. These results constitute step forward towards design controlled PVA-based devices.
