摘要: RNA binding protein polypyrimidine tract 2 (Ptbp2) as a key alternative splicing regulator for male germ cell development is well established. However, its expression levels and role in cryptorchidism testes tissues has not been explored. Additionally, the molecular mechanism of heat stress impacts correct proliferation differentiation cells unclear. To investigate whether changes Ptbp2 are correlated with stress-induced injury testicular tissue, we used murine model intraperitoneal surgical operation. Here present compelling evidence that severely damaged mice unilateral cryptorchidism, non-obstructive azoospermia. And Pgk2 mRNA were significantly decreased parallel, leading us to conclude negative correlation between model. We hypothesize susceptible disruption resulted stability decline transcripts mRNA, which consequently lead testes. Thus, confirm an essential factor sperm
