摘要: In order to evaluate the potential of copper and nickel phthalocyanine tetrasulfonates as sensitizers for two-photon photodynamic therapy, we conducted kinetic femtosecond measurements transient absorption bleaching their excited state dynamics in aqueous solution. Samples were pumped with 620 nm 310 laser light, which allowed us study relaxation processes from both first second singlet (or doublet phthalocyanine) states. A excitation triplet state, approximately 685 105 ps after tetrasulfonate respectively, was most efficient way bring molecules an upper state. Presumably this highest can inflict molecular damage on adjacent biomolecules absence oxygen, resulting desired cytotoxic cellular response. Transient spectra at different fixed delays indicate that optimum efficiency would require photon has a wavelength 750 nm.
