摘要: Abstract A λEMBL clone containing a gene cluster coding for the ribosomal proteins L3, L4, L23 and 5′ region of L2 was identified in genomic library halophilic archaebacterium Halobcterium halobium using heterologous hybridization probe from related organism Halobacterium marismortui . The also contains two conserved open reading frames found H. , although with still unknown function. Its organization is very similar to that ‘S10 operon’ deduced amino acid sequence these (HhaL3, HhaL4, HhaL23 HhaL2) shows high similarity (64–71%) those lesser degree their eukaryotic (31–42%) eubacterial (17–33%) counterparts.
